  • Heat oven 350 °F.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoning. Simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add basil and crushed red pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Dollop with ricotta cheese. Add half of remaining meat sauce to drained pasta; mix well; add to baking dish. Pour remaining meat sauce over pasta. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.


Use any other ribbon pasta such as linguine or pappardelle.
