I don't know how to make "toasted walnuts", so I just used regular chopped ones!...
My pasta came in a box that was 375g instead of the 450g the recipe called for. I had a very saucy pasta dish because of it, but it was really TASTY! A very rich dish because of the 5% cream, but a nice change from the usual tomato sauce we generally use for pasta...
Love it! As a vegetarian I appreciate the walnuts in this dish (they are great source of protein & flavour). I will definately make this again!
AMAZING...I added fresh basil leaves as a garnish --- better than Eastside Pizza's Version (which has chicklen)
