This is so delicious and refreshing but very simple to make.I added to it with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and sugar snap peas.One of my favorite salads.Can be great by itself as a meal.
It's awesome & refreshing...and if you have vegetarians in the family...just leave out the chicken. We grilled the chicken and left it in a separate bowl so those who didn't want any didn't have to eat it!
