  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Thread vegetables alternately onto 4 skewers. Brush evenly with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
  • Grill 10 to 12 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 6 min.
  • Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients with remaining dressing in blender until smooth.
  • Serve squash skewers with the dressing mixture.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using. Wrap ends with foil before grilling to prevent them from burning.
