  • Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix peanut butter and yogurt in large bowl until blended. Add bananas, oil and eggs; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Substitute

Substitute chopped walnuts for the chocolate chips.

Note

Keep overripe bananas on hand in the freezer for use in preparing this moist quick bread. Place peeled ripe bananas in small batches in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. Thaw in refrigerator just before using as directed.
