  • Prepare 4 peanut butter sandwiches using 1 Tbsp. peanut butter in each.
  • Mix eggs with milk. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture. Cook in frypan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, over medium heat until nicely brown on each side.
  • Top each sandwich with 1 Tbsp. jam and serve. Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.

Day old bread works best, as it absorbs the egg mixture better.
