  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine fruit, 2 Tbsp brown sugar blend, nutmeg, zest and juice; spoon into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Mix remaining brown sugar blend, oats, cookie crumbs and margarine until well blended; sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until fruit is tender. Serve topped with Cool Whip.


Prepare using 4 cups sliced peeled apples and 1 cup cranberries.

    I have already made this recipe 3 times, once with raspberries and twice without. Once I made it with a mix of peaches, nectarines and apricots since they're all so available right now. It's easy to make and yummy - bonus is that it is super low in calories and fat. I'll be making it at least once a week until I can't get ontario stone fruits in the store anymore!
