  • SPRINKLE each side of chicken breasts with 1/2 tsp pepper.
  • HEAT oil in large non-stick fry pan. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside; drain liquid.
  • MIX dressing, jam and wine; pour over chicken. Stir in peaches and heat until sauce is hot. Serve over pasta.


If desired, canned apricot halves may be substituted for the peaches.

    Fantastic dish. I used about half of the suggested pepper and served it with fettuccine. The family loved it!

    I am living outside of North America and cannot tell you how many times I have gone to the Kraft recipe website as not all ingredients are always available. I made this chicken tonight using red instead of white wine and I omitted the peaches. It was amazing and I will certainly add this to my favourites and will make again back in Canada. Thanks Kraft!
