  • Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add bacon; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned. Add 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; turn to coat both sides of each bacon slice with glaze. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Add remaining barbecue sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and mustard; spread onto bottoms of buns. Fill with bacon and vegetable mixture.


Prepare using back bacon.
