  • Cook oats and nuts in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until toasted, stirring frequently. Add butter and honey; mix well. Remove from heat; cool.
  • Spoon 4 tsp. oat mixture into each of 4 parfait glasses; top with layers of 1 tsp. peanut butter, 3 banana slices, and 1/4 cup yogurt. Repeat all layers.
  • Top with remaining oat mixture, peanut butter and banana slices.


Omit oats, nuts, butter and honey. Prepare parfaits using 2/3 cup store-bought granola.
