  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat oil, milk, egg whites and peanut butter in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in bananas.
  • Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. (Do not overbake.) Cool bread in pan 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

How to Store Ripe Bananas

For best flavour and moistness, use overripe bananas when preparing banana bread. Store fully ripe bananas in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags in freezer. When ready to use, remove bananas from freezer and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until thawed.
