  • Whisk milk gradually into peanut butter in medium bowl until blended. Add chia seeds; mix well. Pour into 2 glasses or jars.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Top with pepitas and coconut before serving.

Special Extra

For a more dessert-like flavour, prepare using chocolate almond milk.

Variation

Substitute toasted sliced almonds and fresh berries for the pepitas and coconut.
