  • Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
  • Mix peanut butter and honey in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use parchment handles to remove oat mixture from pan before cutting into 32 bars.

Note

These flavourful bars can be refrigerated up to 4 days before serving. For best results, layer bars between sheets of waxed paper in airtight container before refrigerating.
