  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except egg whites in large bowl.
  • Beat egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 to 3 min. or until frothy. Add to peanut butter mixture; stir just until blended.
  • Shape into 20 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten in crisscross pattern with tines of fork dipped in sugar.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges of cookies are set. Cool 2 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Substitute

Prepare using Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter.

Substitute

Substitute 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts for the flax seed.
