  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Microwave butter and peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until both are completely melted; stir until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in oats; spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan.
  • Bake 20 min., stirring every 5 min. Cool.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Serving Suggestion

Spoon each serving over 1/2 cup each plain low fat yogurt and mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and sliced strawberries).

How to Store

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 month.

    Yum! Made a batch on the weekend, substituted a bit of the quick oats with oat bran and didn't have trail mix, but tossed in dried cranberries. Have been eating it with vanilla yogurt and chopped up strawberries, it is really quite yummy!
