  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix peanut butter and syrup in medium bowl. Stir in oats; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 min., stirring after 8 min.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into 8-inch square baking dish. Cover. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until apples are tender.
  • Top with granola.

Substitute

Prepare using Granny Smith apples.

Instead of baking the apples in the oven, combine the apples, brown sugar and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or until apples are tender, stirring every 2 min.
