Our easy Peanut Sauce has a multitude of uses. You can serve this peanut sauce as a dip alongside grilled skewers, spring rolls and salad rolls, but it also makes a great stir-fry sauce.

  • Cook first 3 ingredients in small saucepan on medium heat 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Mix remaining ingredients. Add to saucepan; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Cool completely.

Make Ahead

Sauce can be made in advance and refrigerated up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken, beef, shrimp or pork skewers and spring rolls or use as a simple stir-fry sauce with fresh vegetables and noodles.

    I love this sauce! I make all the time to serve with lettuce wraps or lettuce noodle bowls (both vietnamese type dishes). It stores really good if there are left overs and is so delicious!
