  • Mix together dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Stir fry sesame seeds and shrimp in one-third of the prepared sauce in a wok or a heavy skillet.
  • Add remaining ingredients except for mandarin orange sections and noodles; cook until vegetables are tender. Add mandarin orange sections and the remaining sauce. Serve over noodles.

    This makes a lot of sauce! Cut by 1/3 or so. I added mushrooms and grated carrot as I had no peppers or water chestnuts. I also made it with bacon as I had no shrimp. Still very good.
