Wow that was good!! Can't wait to try it again with pear an other fruits!! I added a drizzle of caramel on top, yummy!
Absolutely delicious! Not too rich but had that really great dense "coffee cake" feel.
I found the cake wanted to fall apart where the pears were placed, next time I will roll the pears in flour before placing them in the pan.
