I used spinach instead of frisee and popped the pears, (sliced into six sections) in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. What a hit at my Christmas day brunch!


I made this for Christmas dinner at my sisters house. Everybody loved it...even the anti-salad people. I used spring salad instead and it was great.....enjoy!


This is an excellent salad. Very light and trendy. Try substituting Blue cheese for goat cheese for a new twist.
