    A version of this meal is a staple in our house on evenings when we have to be at the arena, except we use Kraft Shredded mozzarella instead of cheese slices. We have pitas in the freezer (Greek style work best), pizza sauce in cans in the pantry, and cheese is always in the fridge or freezer. Pepperoni freezes well also. The kids like to help make this recipe.
