  • Cook 8 shrimp in boiling water in saucepan on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink; drain. Set aside.
  • Place remaining shrimp in food processor container. Add nuts, oil, garlic and pepper; process until blended. Spoon into large skillet. Add pasta sauce; mix well.
  • Cook on medium heat 10 to 12 min. or until shrimp mixture turns pink and is heated through, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly. Top with cooked whole shrimp.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and lemon zest before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side of steamed fresh green beans.
