Everyone loved it, added black beans, zucchini , onoin and a hot pepper
Although it looks tasty, I didn't make it because the carbs, cholesterol and total fat were just too high. Perhaps making it with chicken would help with fat and the cholesterol and the fat, but then there's the carbs. There are very few ingredients to play with ... maybe add some veggies and reduce the amount of pasta would help. I think there are more healthy recipes out there to bother with this one.
