  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chili powder and cumin; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Stir in beans; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.
  • Spoon vegetable mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favourite grilled or roast meat.

Pepper and Bean Dip

Omit tortillas, lettuce, cheese and salsa. Cook bean mixture as directed; top with the sour cream. Sprinkle with 1 sliced green onion. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
