  • Mix barbecue sauce and cracked peppercorns until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto steaks. Let stand 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Grill steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked to medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from barbecue. Brush with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled or roasted potatoes, and a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft or Renée's Vinaigrette.


Adjust the amount of peppercorns to mix with the barbecue sauce to suit personal taste.
