  • Combine 2 cups tomato juice, ketchup, chili sauce and onions; pour over meat in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of meat. Refrigerate 8 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
  • Heat oven to 325ºF. Heat oil in ovenproof Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade. Add meat to Dutch oven; reserve marinade for later use. Cook meat 3 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Mix reserved marinade and remaining tomato juice until blended; pour over meat. Bring tomato juice mixture to boil.
  • Add potatoes, rutabagas and carrots to pan; cover. Cook 2-1/2 hours or until meat is tender, adding broccoli for the last 15 min.

Creative Leftovers

Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. To serve as a sandwich, spread cut sides of split kaiser roll with 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread; sprinkle with 2 tsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese. Add 75 g sliced leftover meat, 2 Tbsp. leftover cooked onions and 1 Kraft Singles. Wrap in foil. Bake in 375ºF oven 15 min. or until heated through.

Note

The roast can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before cooking as directed.
