  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  • Pour into crust. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  • Heat broiler just before serving cheesecake. Mix brown sugar and water until blended; spread over cheesecake. Place on baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until topping is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
