this recipe was easy and fun to make, very tasty, i dont normally like cheese cake but i would definitely make this again...i tinted the coconut yellow and green and used coloured sugar on some, it really catches the eye

I undertook these as my first attempt at cheesecake making. I made them for an Easter gathering and they were a hit. This was the start of my cheesecake career. I am now the family "cheesecake queen" and I have these scrumptious little guys to thank. Yummy and fun (let kidies decorate thier own with Easter gummies and sprinkles)
