  • HEAT chocolate and butter on low heat until melted. Add 1-1/2 cups of the sugar, stir until smooth.
  • MIX in 3 of the eggs and milk until blended; fold in flour and nuts. Spread 1/2 the dough in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  • BEAT cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, remaining egg and flour on low with electric mixer until smooth and blended. Spread cheese mixture over dough in pan; spread with remaining brownie. Swirl dough with a knife.
  • BAKE at 350° F for 40 min. or until done.

    These are very good but more of the cake type of brownies. Very moist. Next time I will make a chocolate cream cheese frosting for them.
