I was curious to try a gingerbread recipe with cream cheese, but was a little disappointed in how they turned out. The texture is a pasty and the taste of cream cheese doesn't go too well with the classic go gingerbread flavor. I think I'll stick to a regular gingerbread recipe from now on!
