made it for one of my daughters birthdays this year and she much preferred it over the baked oreo cheesecake. Now my son has requested it for his birthday he loved it so much!
While this doesn't beat a traditional baked cheesecake, it's quick and pretty simple to put together. It also keeps in the keeps in the refrigerator for a while.
