  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, combine baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 6 greased giant muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 2-1/2 Tbsp. crumb mixture to each cup.
  • Reserve 6 strawberries for garnish. Place remaining strawberries in food processor; process until finely chopped. Add cream cheese, sugar and orange juice; process until smooth. Add gelatine; process until blended. Pour into medium bowl. Fold in Cool Whip; spoon over crusts.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove desserts from muffin pan just before serving. Slice strawberries; place on desserts.
