  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Prick potatoes several times with fork. Bake 45 min. or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat and garlic; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Cut slits in tops of potatoes; top with meat mixture and Cheez Whiz.

Special Extra

For added heat and flavour, top with jalapeño pepper slices before serving.


Instead of baking the potatoes, you can instead cook them in the microwave. Place pierced potatoes in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or until tender, turning after 8 min.
