For larger pieces, cut each pickle lengthwise into 4 spears. Coat with batter and fry as directed, increasing the cooking time to 2 to 4 min. or until evenly browned. Makes 6 servings, 2 spears each.
Serve with Philadelphia Dips Ranch or Jalapeno.
Batter should be consistency of pancake batter. If too thick, gradually stir in additional club soda until batter is thinned to desired consistency.
