  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in fruit mixer concentrate.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with coconut and pineapple just before serving.

Lime Margarita Cheesecake

Prepare as directed, using frozen margarita concentrate, and garnishing with lime slices instead of the coconut and pineapple.

Strawberry Daiquiri Cheesecake
