  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Drain pineapple slices, reserving the juice.
  • Place chops in single layer in casserole dish; top with the pineapple slices. Combine the reserved pineapple juice, dressing and red pepper; pour over chops.
  • Bake 25 min. or until chops are cooked through (160°F).

Spice It Up!

To heat things up a little, increase the crushed red pepper to 2 tsp.

    We make this all the time. I actually add 1 tbsp of peppers as my husband likes it hot. I'm not a cook but my hubby loves it when I make this, so simple yet very yummy.

    I thought the recipe was great but the kids found it spicy. My kids don't like anything spicy. So if you don't mind a little kick it is a great and easy recipe.
