  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut pineapple slices into quarters.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer in small bowl until blended. Blend in 1/4 cup of the reserved syrup. Brush savoiardi with remaining syrup.
  • Place 2 savoiardi on each of 5 serving plates; top each with 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and 2 savoiardi. Spoon 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture over each dessert. Top evenly with pineapple pieces.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
