  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine bread, nuts and 1/2 cup pineapple; reserve for later use. Mix remaining pineapple with ketchup, cranberry sauce, orange juice and cloves until blended.
  • Cut lengthwise slice in thickest side of turkey breast, being careful not to cut through to opposite side. Open turkey like a book; pound to 1-inch thickness. Spoon bread mixture onto half the turkey breast; fold turkey in half to enclose filling. Secure edges with wooden toothpicks.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add turkey; cook until evenly browned on both sides, turning once. Transfer to 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour ketchup mixture over turkey.
  • Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks before slicing turkey.

Serving Suggestion

Serve turkey on platter garnished with orange slices and fresh parsley sprigs.

Special Extra

Substitute Heinz Chili Sauce for the ketchup.
