These were simple. Mine weren't so much wheels as they were ovals, but I think thats due to the care of how I rolled them, they still look cute. I rolled mine out on a piece of plastic wrap covered in flour, and to roll them just picked up the end of the plastic wrap and it took care of itsself, so if your not concerned about prefect circles, its a good way to do it, And then they are wrapped for the fridge.
As for taste, they are kind of similar to store bought cookie dough, only without the after taste. I'll make them again.
