  • Mix 1/4 cup dressing and 1-1/2 tsp. paprika until blended. Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast with dressing mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chopped peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until softened. Add garlic and remaining paprika; cook and stir 1 min. Spoon into food processor container. Add ketchup and crushed red pepper; process until smooth.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture.
  • Grill chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Serve topped with prepared sauce.

Cooking Know-How

When grilling chicken, set timer for 5 min. on each side so you don't forget to turn the chicken. Don't overcook chicken - grill just until juices run clear.
