  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Roll pizza dough to 12-inch square on lightly floured surface; drizzle with oil. Spread with pasta sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges; top with cheeses.
  • Roll up; cut into 1-inch-thick slices. Place, cut sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet 5 min. before transferring to plate to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 cup pepperoni slices to pizza toppings on dough before rolling up, slicing and baking as directed.

Make Ahead

These satisfying portion-controlled snacks can be baked ahead of time. Cool completely, then freeze in airtight container up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before reheating to serve.
