I have made this recipe a few times and love it. It is very quick and easy to make. I've added mushrooms, onions, pineapple and green peppers. And makes great leftovers for lunch.
I brought this to a potluck last night. Everyone thought it was amazing.
I tweaked it slightly, however. I added some ground beef, onion, green pepper, and had more cheese and pasta sauce added to it.
