  • Combine wine, garlic, oregano, pepper and salt; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours to marinate.
  • Bring broth and water to boil in large pot. Add cornmeal in a slow stream, stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer polenta for 35 to 45 min or until creamy, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps from forming.
  • Meanwhile, heat large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add oil; heat until hot. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Add chicken to hot skillet; cook 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside. Reduce heat to low. Add pasta sauce; stir to deglaze the skillet and incorporate all the pan juices. Return chicken to skillet; cover. Simmer 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), stirring occasionally.
  • Add butter to polenta; stir until melted. Pour into large shallow dish; top with chicken and pasta sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Renée's Dressing.

Serve topped with Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese.

Variation

Serve with cooked tagliatelle pasta or linguine instead of the polenta.
