  • Add water to drink mix in 2-L pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.


Substitute a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine for the ginger ale.

How to Serve a Crowd

Mix all ingredients except ginger ale, doubling or tripling all ingredients. Fill small ring mold with prepared drink. Add mint leaves and lemon slices to filled mold; freeze until firm. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining drink. When ready to serve, pour drink into punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale. Add unmolded ice ring.

Make Ahead

This fruity punch can be prepared ahead of time. Mix all ingredients except ginger ale. Refrigerate until ready to stir in ginger ale and serve.

Special Extra

Garnish each filled glass with fresh mint, a lemon slice, or small scoop of lemon sherbet.
