  • Toss meat with soy sauce and corn starch. Add egg white; mix lightly. Let stand 5 min.
  • Heat oil in nonstick wok on high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. Add bamboo shoots; stir-fry 2 min. Remove from heat.
  • Stir dressing into meat mixture; spoon onto platter. Top with onions.

Serve with hot steamed brown rice.
