I make this recipe often, but I have changed things a bit. I make sure my chops are almost cooked in the fry pan first. I make the stuffing on the side now, but love the pork and apples together.
We made this recipe, it had a very nice flavour, was quick and easy to put together. I would make this again for our company. However, it didn't take 30 minutes to cook. It took just over an hour, when I tested the meal temperature at 30 minutes it was far from cooked.
This was nice and easy and tasted great. I have to agree with others the cooking time
was not enough on 1/2" chops I would say you
need about 45 min. then uncover and cook another 5 to 10 min. to brown. Other than that my husband and I enjoyed it and gave us another meal for another night.
