This was very tasty. Meat was moist, and lots of flavour. I didn't have Stove Top for Chicken, so used Stove Top for Turkey, and also used jellied cranberry sauce. So easy to make. This recipe was also a hit with my husband.
Loved it! I cook for a very picky eater and he licked his platter clean. I made the recipe as directed but pounded the chops to tenderize. Also made some gravy to add some moisture. The chops come out very moist but made the gravy to be on the safe side.
