I used SALSA instead of tomatoes - it turned out pretty good. This is definitely a keeper!
This was the most disappointing recipe I have ever made. Once it was cooked, we couldn't convince each other to taste it, and I ended up washing the pork chops off and slathering them in BBQ sauce to hopefully make them usable. I flushed the sauce away. Wish I could have a better review.
Use canned tomatoes for making salsa and serve on rice. It's actually pretty good. Tastes even better the next day
