This recipe is quick & easy. Pork chops were moist, tender & tasty.
I made this for dinner tonight and not only was it quick and easy it was quite good! I used sliced pork tenderloin instead of chops and it was fantastic. Very easy, very tasty and everything was on hand so it's a great quick fix in an emergency.
