  • COMBINE water, rice and ginger in a saucepan; bring to a boil; stir in apricots, raisins, nuts and parsley. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
  • STIR Miracle Whip into rice-fruit mixture. Set aside.
  • STACK chops on top of one another; insert large metal skewers into 3 corners of chops to hold together. Turn T-bone side down; carefully place stuffing between chops.
  • TIE securely with string; moisten chops slightly with water. Pat on coating mix; place on large baking sheet.
  • BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 1- 1/2 hours or until done.
